Practice Information:
Our practice specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from the more common low back and neck pain to problems in the arms, legs, and jaw. As a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST there is often a great deal of need to do soft tissue techniques during treatment sessions. I also focus alot of treatment on exercise rehabilitation, ergonomic postural education, and neuromuscular re-education( I am CERTIFIED in EXERCISE REHABILITATION). My goal is to get you out of pain, keep you out of pain, and make you more self-sufficient. Joint manipulation or "adjustments" are a large part of my practice, but I consider it to be one of many therapeutic procedures I use, and is not always the most important one. I can also provide information about improving your diet, creating a healthier workplace, and increasing the overall quality of your health. I also rent space to an excellent ACUPUNCTURIST and MASSAGE THERAPY company.
Practice Message:
We diagnose and treat any part of the body that has a joint or muscle. That includes:
TMJ, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tears, carpal tunnel syndrome, herniated disc, headaches, tennis elbow,
knee condition, foot problems(e.g. plantar fascitis, heel spurs, bunions)
Gait and foot mechanical analysis can yield alot of information about the cause of a problem.
ORTHOTICS are some times recommended and can be ordered and made by an experienced pedorthist
near by.
